What is the seller asking buyers to pay?
2. APPRAISED VALUE
What value does an independent appraiser support for the lender’s loan decision?
3. ASSESSED VALUE
What value does the local tax authority use when calculating property taxes? Do not use one as an automatic substitute for another. If the numbers do not make sense, ask your REALTOR®, lender and local tax office the question that belongs in each lane.
